Our Books

In 2008, a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis became the beginning of a deeper journey — one that invited me to reflect honestly on food, stress, wellness, faith, identity, and healing. Over time, I realized that many of us carry emotional, cultural, and spiritual relationships with food that deserve compassion and understanding.

A Moore Abundant Life’s books were written as tools for encouragement, growth, reflection, and community — reminding us that healing often begins with awareness, grace, and small, actionable intentional steps forward.
