get ready for your abundance
Welcome to A Moore Abundant Life — a space centered on faith, mindful reflection, healing, wellness, and intentional living.
My name is Sandra Moore, and this platform was born out of a deeply personal spiritual and wellness journey. After being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2008, I found myself confronting not only questions about food and physical health, but also deeper questions about stress, balance, self-worth, emotional healing, and the ways we care for ourselves spiritually, mentally, and physically.
A Journey to Transformation
Over time, I began to understand that healing is often not simply about restriction or discipline alone. It is also about grace, awareness, honesty, renewal, and learning to live more abundantly — one choice, one prayer, and one day at a time.
A Moore Abundant Life reflects my belief that wellness is connected to the whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
As an educator in Sociology and Ethnic Studies, I have spent years examining how identity, culture, community, and lived experiences shape our understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Through this space, I bring together those insights with faith-centered reflection, mindful living, personal growth, wellness practices, recipes, writing, and community encouragement.
