A Moore Abundant Life Tip
I often prepare these parfaits in individual cups with lids, so they are ready to grab for a
quick breakfast, snack, or even a light dessert. They can be stored in the refrigerator for
several days and remain fresh and delicious.
These parfaits are simple to prepare, colorful, nutritious, and have consistently been a crowd-pleaser when I’ve shared them with family and friends at gatherings.
Recommended Containers
For meal prep, I use 9-ounce clear plastic cups with lids. They are affordable,
convenient, and work well for storing individual servings in the refrigerator.
